Trakcja – Tiltra: Information on filing a petition to declare liquidation insolvency by the Issuer's subsidiary, Silentio Investments sp. z o.o.
The Management Board of Trakcja – Tiltra S.A. („Company“) hereby informs that today, i.e. on 13 April 2012, the Issuer’s subsidiary, Silentio Investments sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, filed a petition to declare insolvency with liquidation of the company’s assets with the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 10th Economic Division for insolvency and reorganization matters.
