INVL Baltic Farmland offered to purchase up to 16 471 shares, but only 710 shares were offered for a price of EUR 2.86.
INVL Baltic Farmland group owns about 3 thousand hactares of farmland in Lithuania, which is leased to farmers. INVL Baltic Farmland shares are listed on NASDAQ Vilnius stock exchange, companies equity amounts to EUR 9.9 million.
