Invalda: Regarding signing of the franchise agreement

INVALDA  OTHER INFORMATION    REGARDING SIGNING OF THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT    On 13 March 2001, the franchise agreement was signed between "Valmeda",  subsidiary of holding company Invalda, and "Bass Hotels & Resorsts.
