AB Invaldos Nekilnojamojo Turto Fondas (INTF), which belongs to the investment company Invalda, signed a contract regarding the sale of the real property at 28 Savanorių Avenue in Vilnius. INTF sold an administrative building of 12,362.45 square metres, a production building of 565.33 square metres, and a 1.5041 ha land plot for 34.5 million litas (including VAT).
AB Invaldos Nekilnojamojo Turto Fondas (INTF) sold the property pursuant to the implementation of the plan announced in October by Invalda to sell part of the group’s property and use the money raised from sales for the reduction of debts.
The real property sold is a part of the property purchased in 2006 from the former AB Lietuvos Telekomas (now AB TEO LT).
No details of the buyer have been announced.
