Invalda INVL’s share capital increases as employees become shareholders
Another group of employees has joined Invalda INVL’s shareholders by acquiring newly issued company shares after exercising previously granted share options. This move has led to an increase in Invalda INVL’s share capital.
Following the issue of 383,853 new ordinary registered shares, Invalda INVL’s share capital has increased to EUR 3.68 million. The newly issued shares were acquired by current and former employees of the Invalda INVL group through the exercise of share options granted to them in 2023.
“The consistent participation of our employees in the share option programme reflects our collective belief in Invalda INVL’s strategy and its long-term value creation potential,” says Alvydas Banys, Chairman of the Board of Invalda INVL.
Under the long-standing share option programme, which Invalda INVL launched in 2016, employees of the group’s companies are given the opportunity to become shareholders. Since the programme’s inception, employees have entered into option agreements for more than 850,000 of the company’s shares.
The new version of the company’s Articles of Association, reflecting the increase in share capital, was registered with the Register of Legal Entities on 19 June. This decision was approved by Invalda INVL’s shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 30 April of this year.
In May, Invalda INVL signed new share option agreements with employees of the group’s companies for the grant of almost 68,000 company shares in 2029.
