Group of companies Inservis acquired 51.67 percent stake in the company Informacinio Verslo Paslaugų Įmonė (eng. Information Business Services Company) for EUR 352 thousand from the state.The transaction with Turto Bankas was completed on 31January 2019. After it, group of companies Inservis increased its shareholding in Informacinio Verslo Paslaugų Įmonė up to 88.7 percent.
"We have invested in this company because we consider the utilities tax administration as having a perspective", – Andrius Daukšas, Director of group of companies Inservis, said.
Informacinio Verslo Paslaugų Įmonė, which has a payment institution license issued by the Bank of Lithuania, administers taxes on energy and utilities provided to residents and provides services to companies and institutions. Over 130 thousand clients use the services of the company. Informacinio Verslo Paslaugų Įmonė cooperates with major Lithuanian financial and payment institutions.
Group of companies Inservis belongs to Invalda INVL, one of the leading asset management groups in the Baltic States. Group of companies Inservis owns 100 percent shares of the apartment buildings management companies Priemiestis and Jurita.
