Proportions of shares owned by key shareholders of Invalda AB should change within one year. Alvydas Banys and Dailius Juozapas Miseikis decided to decrease owned blocks of Invalda shares and to become financial investors after they leave active work.
Other key shareholders – Darius Sulnis, Vytautas Bucas and Nenuorama UAB – intend to increase portion of owned Invalda’s shares.
