Investment company Invalda starts search of investors into group’s hotel management sector, part of developed and rented real estate objects and designing business.
Investors will be searched for four stars hotel Holiday Inn, managed by Invalda and two stars economy class hotel Ecotel. In the real estate sector it is intended to realize developed, rented and successfully operated real estate objects. Speaking about designing business, Invalda will look for investors into group’s company Hidroprojektas.
All deals will be public. Separate contests will be organized. The company expects that investors’ proposals will be good enough and Invalda’s Management Board will approve deals.
“Our company manages assets actively and we always look for optimal use of funds. Exit from some businesses allows us to release funds and to use them effectively”, – president of Invalda Darius Sulnis said.
According to him, both purchase of assets and businesses, and selling are natural activity of the company. Invalda earns quite large part of profit from it.
In 2006 Invalda successfully sold for strategic investors the company Klaipedos Konditerija. During the last few years Invalda invested into real estate, pharmacy and financial sectors and acquired controlling block of shares in road construction business, which is new for Invalda.
