Invalda INVL: Notification on transactions in the issuer’s securities

AB Invalda INVL announces the acquisition of the company’s shares by its executives pursuant to the exercise of stock options granted in 2023. Ownership of the shares will transfer upon completion of the share capital increase registration procedures.
