Inreal: In the 1st half-year of 2012 the turnover of Inreal Group increased by 17 percent up to 18.9 million litas, profit was decreasing due to inward investments

Total income of Inreal Group* companies, providing real estate and building maintenance services, was more than 18.9 million litas in the 1st half-year of 2012, and EBITDA decreased to 1 million litas, in comparison with the first six months of 2011, when the total turnover of companies, belonging to Inreal Group, was 16.1 million litas, and EBITDA – 1.6 million Litas. Respectively, net income has decreased from 1.2 million Litas to 900 thousand Litas. The growth of income was mostly influenced by development of activity, and the decrease of profit was resulted by restructurization of management and business processes of companies and installation of new systems.

„The increase in turnover of Inreal Group real estate companies in the 1st half-year of 2012 was resulted by the increase in lease income by 7 percent up to 9 million litas. From their customers’ property – by 4 percent up to 2.6 million litas“, – said Gediminas Pruskus, the director of Inreal Valdymas (Inreal Management) and Inreal companies. The other part of income included income from real estate development services. The development of the project Elniakampio namai was finished (investment of 5.5 million litas, total area – 1200 sq. m.).

„Increased turnover of Inreal Group building maintenance sector was resulted by the development of activity in apartment house administration sector“, – said Rolandas Rutenas, the director of Inreal Pastatu Prieziura (Inreal Building Maintenance). Developing the activity, a new office of Inreal Pastatu Prieziura was established in Siauliai. Business processes were restructured in all companies of the sector, installation of business management system has been started, and that was the reason for increase in costs.
