The company Inreal GEO was established. This company will offer land plots’ geodetic measurement services.
“More and more farmland owners want to know the precise area of the owned land and its boundaries, therefore the demand of cadastral services grows. Striving to expand the range of services, we created a new company, “- Gediminas Pruskus, a head of the real estate company Inreal, said. According to him, currently the geodetic measurements are required only selling a non-agricultural land. “It is a matter of time, when an agricultural land transactions will not be able without precise measurements,” – said G. Pruskus.
“Together with the preparation of land cadastral and topographical plans, we will also provide the land plots’ formation and rearrangement services, will prepare projects of rural development planning”, – Sigita Bizulienė, Inreal GEO director, said.
Inreal GEO will provide services throughout the territory of Lithuania. In the initial development stage, the company will employ five people. 100 percent of Inreal GEO shares are owned by one of the largest Lithuanian investment companies’ Invalda.
