Umega, one of the largest metal processing companies in Lithuania, finished 4.6 mln. LTL value share issue. The company will increase the share capital by 4.495 mln. LTL.
“This year our production and sales increase quickly. This provides a background for the restoration of profitable business – presently it is the main our goal. We expect that the stronger capital base will provide an impulse for the grow in the future”, – said Jurgis Nauseda, CEO of Umega.
After the capital increase the following companiesare the largest shareholders: Holdvestus (29.6%), Invalda (29.5%) and Bagem (22.1%).
Sales of Umega amounted to 32 mln. LTL during the first half of 2011, it is 80% more than during the same period last year.
