The resolutions of the General Shareholders Meeting of INVL Technology that was held on 28 April 2014:
1. The election of the Board of the public joint – stock company INVL Technology
To elect Alvydas Banys, Darius Sulnis and Indre Miseikyte to the Board of the public joint-stock company INVL Technology.
2. The registered office of the public joint – stock company INVL Technology
To register the office of INVL Technology at Kalvariju str. 11A-20, Vilnius.
The Board of the split-off company INVL Technology on 28 April 2014 elected Alvydas Banys as the Chairman of the Board and Darius Sulnis as the Director of the company.
