The Management Board of Invalda AB decided to propose to the General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on November 30, 2009, to recall audit company Ernst & Young Baltic UAB, which was elected to audit financial statements for 2008 – 2009.
The Management Board of Invalda AB shall propose to the shareholders to elect PricewaterhouseCoopers UAB as Company‘s auditor to perform audit of set of Company’s and consolidated financial statements for 2009.
