1. The election of the Board of the public joint – stock company INVL Baltic Real Estate
To elect Alvydas Banys, Darius Sulnis and Indre Miseikyte to the Board of the public joint-stock company INVL Baltic Real Estate.
2. The registered office of the public joint – stock company INVL Baltic Real Estate
To register the office of INVL Baltic Real Estate at Kalvariju str.11A-20, Vilnius.
The Board of the split-off company INVL Baltic Real Estate on 28 April 2014 elected Alvydas Banys as the Chairman of the Board and Darius Sulnis as the Director of the company.
