– the notification (ATTACHED) of Dailius Juozapas Miseikis on the acquisition of voting rights. The threshold that was crossed – 25%, the reason for crossing the threshold – converting of Invalda AB bonds.
– the notification (ATTACHED) of Alvydas Banys together with the persons acting in concert – the spouse Daiva Baniene and the controlled company LJB Investments UAB – on the disposal of voting rights. The threshold that was crossed – 10%, the reason for crossing the threshold – increase of Invalda AB share capital.
– the notification (ATTACHED) of company’s Board members Vytautas Bucas, Darius Sulnis and Dalius Kaziunas (together with his spouse Dovile Kaziuniene), since their votes are counted together, on the disposal of voting rights. The threshold that was crossed – 30%, the reason for crossing the threshold – increase of Invalda AB share capital.
