Allotment of dividends
The Management Board of the company has proposed to the general meeting of
the shareholders to allocate the amount of 8 346 932 LTL (2 417 439 EUR) for
the payment of dividends for the year 2005, i.e. the dividends in the value
of 0.20 LTL (0.058 UER) per share.
