Invalda AB sold 47 percent of VIPC Klaipeda UAB shares. The latter company owns the plot of 5 ha which is in the territory of former Klaipeda‘s factory Trinyciai.
Invalda AB together with the partners planned to develop a residential building complex in this territory of the factory. “Despite the fact that the plot is in the attractive part of Klaipeda‘s center and it is likely that in the favorable economic situation it‘s value would be significantly higher, we took a decision to sell the shares now: the current situation in the real estate market does not encourage Invalda to invest into this long-term project “- said president of Invalda Darius Sulnis.
