Sanitas AB: on the acquisition of shares in the company Homeofarm sp.z.o.o.

Sanitas AB through its subsidiary Jelfa SA acquired 100 % stock of shares in Polish ointment producer Homeofarm sp.z.o.o. The shares purchase agreement was executed on 23.12.2008 between Jelfa SA and Hand – Prod sp.z.o.o. The value of transaction is PLN 10.9 m.
