On 18 October 2011 Invalda Nekilnojamojo Turto Valdymas UAB and Invalda Service UAB changed legal titles into Inreal Valdymas UAB (Inreal Management) and Inreal Pastatu Prieziura UAB (Inreal Building Maintenance), in this way they have finished the process of amalgamation of Inreal Group companies into INREAL trademark family.
„To change the titles was a logic and natural step, when changing the trademark“, – said Gediminas Pruskus, the Director of Inreal Management. According to the Manager of the company, the purpose of these changes is the association of INREAL name with quality and exclusiveness. “The best basis for these objectives is to state clearly and transparently, who we are, in order the customer knew with whom he is working and to what extent and quality services he may receive”, – said G. Pruskus.
After the changes of legal titles of companies all rights and obligations under valid contracts will remain. Only legal titles of companies are changed. Legal form, registration addresses, codes of legal entity, VAT payer‘s codes, the Registrar, account numbers remain the same.
“Changing the name and the trademark we seek for a non-single-day recognition, we are ready to fulfil all promises and to maintain our customers’ trust”, – stated Rimvydas Ramanauskas, the Director of Inreal Building Maintenance. According to him, new business segments will strengthen the opportunities of Inreal Group to develop activities.
On 27 September 2011, the companies of Inreal Group: Inreal, Inreal Management (at that time Invalda Real Estate Management), Inreal GEO, and Inreal Building Maintenance (at that time Invalda Service) merged into the renewed trademark family INREAL. The shared group identity and single operation on the Internet is represented on the new website www.inreal.lt.
