On December 13, 2007 Invalda AB signed agreement regarding sale of owned 994264 shares (97.99% of share capital) of Hidroprojektas UAB. The buyer is SWECO BKG LSPI. The deal should be completed in 2008 when the buyer gets authorisation of the Competition Council.
