Subsidiary of Invalda AB Invaldos nekilnojamojo turto fondas (Invalda‘s Real Estate Fund) on Tuesday signed agreement regarding sale of 5 commercial real estate objects. The result of this deal will be calculated in consolidated financial accountability of Invalda of the second half of this year.
By this deal about 80% of intended to sell real estate objects are sold. It is expected to receive about 100 mln. LTL (29 mln. EUR)of income when all intended objects will be sold.
