Today investment company Invalda and Swedish company SWECO BKG LSPI completed the deal concerning selling of Hidroprojektas which main activity is investigation and designing of various water management objects. Invalda owned block of 97.9% shares was transferred to the buyer for the price of 8.6 mLTL.
“This deal perfectly represents the model of Invalda activity. Hidroprojektas was acquired in 2001 from minor shareholders for 2.2 mLTL. The company was reorganized. During the years of managing Hidroprojektas shareholders received about 9 mLTL dividends. Now the company is sold to SWECO group for which designing and consulting is the strategic business” – the president of Invalda Darius Sulnis said.
Invalda during the process of selling was represented by Finasta imoniu finansai.
SWECO BKG LSPI belongs to Swedish company SWECO Central Eastern Europe AB which is a part of SWECO AB group (4900 employees).
