From 1 June, 2008 shares of Invalda AB are included into the OMX Baltic 10 index – the company gets between ten enterprises, which shares are recognized as the most actively traded stocks on the Baltic exchanges.
„By performed actions of recent years we strived to optimize the structure of Invalda group and also to enhance the transparency of activity, so that shares of Invalda would become more attractive for investors and also more liquid. Entering into the index of the 10 most actively traded stocks on Baltic exchanges is evaluation of our work, confirming the statement to develop the group focusing on long-term stable growth and creation of value – Darius Šulnis, President of Invalda, said.
In this April Invalda announced focusing activity on two directions – asset management also private and investment banking. Gradually reformed asset management structure will overtake management of the group assets, including Invalda‘s owned companies. On the base of new Invalda financial group structure it is planned to improve accounting, owned assets calculation and information disclosure standards for investors and financial specialists.
Shares of Invalda are also included to OMX Vilnius, OMX Baltic Benchmark (OMXBBGI) and Dow Jones STOXX EU Enlarged TMI indexes.
