Shares of investment company Invalda are listed on the Secondary List of Vilnius Stock Exchange. Invalda seeks to list company’s shares in the Main List where shares of Invalda group companies Sanitas and Vilniaus baldai are already listed.
“We are transparent and public company which every year shows significant increase of financial ratios. All activity indicators let us expect successful listing in the Main List. This step confirms that Invalda is oriented towards increase of shareholders equity and shares liquidity” – president of Invalda Mr. Darius Sulnis said.
Invalda satisfies requirements of Vilnius Stock Exchange trading rules for admission to the Main List. Capitalization of Companies pretending to this list must exceed 4 million EUR during the last year. Capitalization of Invalda is around 727.5 million LTL (210.7 million EUR). Moreover, Invalda prepares financial statements according to the International Financial Reporting Standards, and a free float in the market is not less than 25 %.
Invalda share price on December 11 was 17.09 LTL, one year ago it was 12.1 LTL.
