Invalda INVL, the leading investment management and life insurance group in the Baltics, increased its share capital after employees exercised stock options. On 21 July, the new wording of the company’s Articles of Association was registered at the Register of Legal Entities.

“For many years now, we’ve been following the good practice of giving employees an opportunity to acquire stock options and become shareholders of the company. There is no doubt that this incentive creates mutual long-term benefits for the employer and the employee in the pursuit of common goals and of the best possible performance,” says Alvydas Banys, the Chairman of the Board of Invalda INVL.
Employees of the group first acquired shares under the stock options programme in 2019. Including the stock options exercised this year, Invalda INVL group employees have now acquired 447,179 shares.
The shareholders of Invalda INVL approved the new wording of company’s Articles of Association at an ordinary general meeting of shareholders on 30 April 2023.
