Seeking to exercise the stock options granted to the Group’s employees, Invalda INVL issued 59,674 ordinary registered shares of the company, thus increasing its authorized capital to EUR 3.47 million.
The newly issued shares were subscribed by Invalda INVL Group employees who exercised stock options granted to them in 2018. The employees paid EUR 0.2 for one share, as the company paid a dividend of EUR 0.80 per share until the stock options were exercised. It is planned that within 5 working days the shares will be credited to the personal securities accounts of Invalda INVL Group employees.

We believe that the asset management business is based on the team’s ability and motivation to set and implement long-term goals, which is why in Invalda INVL Group we have been using various stock option programs for many years to motivate employees,” says Darius Šulnis, President of Invalda INVL.
Also this year, new stock option agreements for 65,287 Invalda INVL ordinary registered shares were concluded with employees of companies in which Invalda INVL holds more than 50% of the shares. Based on the stock option agreements entered into this year, employees have the right to acquire shares in Invalda INVL AB in 2024 at a nominal value of EUR 0.29, paying a price of EUR 1 for each share to be acquired.
In total, with the agreements entered into this year, employees have entered into stock option agreements for 646,062 shares in Invalda INVL since 2016, of which they have already acquired 191,447 shares.
