Invalda Nekilnojamojo Turto Valdymas has started developing a new residential apartment house on Elniakampis street in Valakampiai. Construction of this small three-storey (with a lift) 17 apartment house of original architecture is to be finished by the end of this year. Investment in the project totals 5,5 million Litas.
“Elniakampio Namai apartment house is special and attractive not just because of its location in Valakampiai forest, but also because of the building concept. This will be a Scandinavian type house, designed and constructed using ecological and highest quality materials”, – said Agnius Tamosaitis, a head of Real Estate Management Department of Invalda Nekilnojamojo Turto Valdymas. The house is designed to let in the maximum amount of natural light.
The layout of the apartments is various (from 34,90 m² to 140,20 m²) and practical. Each apartment comes with a box room, parking place under the house and economical gas heating. There is a possibility to install fireplaces in each apartment and an additional fireplace on the terrace. Apartments are sold partially finished. If desired services of an architect, interior designer are available for purchasing a fully equipped and furnished home. 200 m away from the house there is a bus stop (No. 15). All the infrastructure of Antakalnis district is nearby. General Contractor is Naresta.
