Inservis, one of the largest facility management companies in Lithuania, acquired the company Advima in Druskininkai.
“This, although a small acquisition, allows us to strengthen position in rapidly growing Druskininkai as well as Southern Lithuania and attract more customers”, – Rimvydas Ramanauskas, the director of Inservis, said.
Turnover of Advima amounted to LTL 170 thousand in 2013. The company provides services for almost 11 thousand sq. m.
Revenue of Inservis group companies including Priemiestis and Jurita amounted to LTL 14.2 million, which is 30.2 percent more. EDITBA (earning before interest, depreciation and amortization) increased 3.5 times and amounted to LTL 2.1 million, the net profit increased 5 times and amounted to LTL 1.5 million in the nine months of 2014.
“Improvement of the results was effected by the structural adjustment in fall 2013 and increase in the number of customers”, – Rimvydas Ramanauskas said.
Inservis group companies provide services for the area of total 1.8 million sq. m. Among the customers of the company – Market IKEA in Lithuania, Mulga (in the market Babilonas I), Gamafondas (in the market Babilonas), the market Kubas (Lupra, UAB), Apranga, Agrochema, IKEA Industry Lietuva, AQ Wiring Systems, Holiday Inn hotel, Makveza, DPD Lietuva, Lietuvos Pastas, the company provides facility management services for the real estate owned by Intractus, which is DnB bank subsidiary company. Also, Inservis group companies provide services for the Vilnius City Municipality, the Office of Prime Minister and other more.
Invalda LT, one of the major companies in Lithuania investing in other businesses and managing assets, owns 100 percent in Inservis shares.
