UAB Imoniu grupe Inservis has acquired 36.5% of the shares of Informacinio Verslo Paslaugu Imone (IVPI). The transaction was completed on 16 March of this year.
"We believe we can contribute to increasing IVPI's value, so we'll propose including our representatives on the company's board and pursue effective decisions together with the main shareholder," said Andrius Dauksas, the Director of UAB Imoniu grupe Inservis.
Informacinio Verslo Paslaugu Imone administers payments by Lithuanian residents for public utilities as a service to companies and institutions. A controlling stake in IVPI is held by Statistics Lithuania. According to preliminary figures, the company last year had revenue of EUR 615 thousand and earned a net profit of EUR 100 thousand.
UAB Imoniu grupe Inservis and UAB Inservis are part of Invalda INVL, one of the leading asset management groups in the Baltic countries. UAB Imoniu grupe Inservis controls 100% of the shares of the apartment building maintenance companies Priemiestis and Jurita.
The facility management group which includes Inservis, Priemiestis and Jurita last year increased its revenue by 29% to EUR 7.6 million and earned a net profit of EUR 0.6 million.
