On April 21, 2011 Tiltra Group Director and Chairman of the Management Board Mindaugas Aniulis announced his resignation.
Nerijus Eidukevicius is appointed as the new Chairman and Director of Tiltra Group. Until now he acted as Management Board member of Tiltra Group. The members of re-elected Management Board are Romas Matiukas, Aldas Rusevicius, Dalius Kaziunas.
Mindaugas Aniulis led Tiltra Group from its establishment in 2008, at that time he also acte as Director General of Kauno Tiltai, a subsidiary company of the Group. Under Mindaugas Aniulis leadership Tiltra Group achieved the market leader position in Lithuanian transport infrastructure construction market and carried out successful expansion in Poland. As a result the revenue of the Group has exceeded EUR 300 million, from which 70% come from its Polish operations. The Group has also expanded its portfolio of services: now it also includes marine construction and utilities construction projects.
