December 1, 2001 Inreal Pastatu Prieziura finished the processes of the deployment of two occupational standards: Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), and the updating of Quality Management Standard (ISO 9001). The deployment of standards was started in June 2011 and has been lasted for six months.
“The standardisation of the activity enables the company to systemically and effectively control internal and related external processes to receive economic efficiency by reducing costs, and be more attractive to customers, partners, and employees”, stated the Director of Inreal Pastatu Prieziura Rimvydas Ramanauskas. According to him, currently higher requirements concerning quality, environment protection, and occupational safety are being raised in Lithuanian as well as in the entire Europe. One of the decisions, enabling us to achieve this, is the deployment of relevant management systems, i.e. standardisation. “Every process of activity is a particular labyrinth, and the standard is a scheme, providing the way how to overcome it directly and without prowls”, said Mr. Ramanauskas.
Since 2004 Inreal Pastatu Prieziura has already been working under the Quality Management Standard ISO 9001.
