After graduating from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Alvydas Banys worked as a junior research fellow at the Economics Institute of the Lithuanian Academy of Science for two years. From 1996 to 2006, he was the Vice-President of Invalda, from 1996 to 2000, he was a Board Member and from 2001 to 2007, he was the Chairman of the Board. While working in the company, Alvydas was also on the boards of real estate, hotel management and manufacturing companies.
Having extensive experience in the establishment, acquisition, sale and reorganisation of companies as well as in performance optimisation, risk distribution and different management and financing methods, in 2007, he decided to start his own business.
Even after withdrawing from the Group’s day-to-day operations, Alvydas remained a financial investor with a significant equity stake, and in early 2013, he returned to the company’s board. He has been a Board Member of Invalda INVL since the end of May 2013.

Indrė Mišeikytė has a degree in Architecture from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. From 1994 to 1996, she worked at Vilniaus baldai AB, later joining the real estate and investment firms Gildeta UAB and Kremi UAB. She has been an architect at Inreal valdymas UAB since 2002 for more than 15 years. She is a Board Member of Invalda INVL since April 2012.

Tomas Bubinas holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Vilnius University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Baltic Management Institute (BMI). He is a member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Lithuanian sworn auditor.
Tomas was the Executive Director of Biotechpharma UAB from 2013 till 2022. Before that, he was the Senior Director of TEVA Biopharmaceuticals USA and the Chief Financial Officer of Teva Pharmaceuticals for the Baltics for six years. He has also worked as a Finance Director at Sicor Biotech, Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Senior Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand.

Darius Šulnis holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit from Vilnius University. In 2013, he earned a Global Executive MBA from Duke University (USA). Darius has over 25 years of experience in establishing and managing businesses that are leaders in their respective sectors, as well as in carrying out mergers, sales and acquisitions, including attracting investments and working together with strategic and financial investors.
Darius was the CEO of the financial brokerage company Finasta for 8 years and of the real estate company Inreal valdymas for 4 years. He has been managing Invalda since 2006. He has also been on the boards and supervisory councils of numerous Polish, Latvian and Lithuanian companies.
Chief Financial Officer
Raimondas Rajeckas joined the company in 1998, while still being a student at Vilnius University. He worked as an accountant until 2000 and then as a CFO at several Group companies. After getting a Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit in 2001, Raimondas became the CFO of Valmeda, which operates the Holiday Inn Vilnius hotel. In 2006, he returned to Invalda INVL as a CFO.
Raimondas has extended his knowledge in the fields of international financial reporting standards and tax accounting. He is experienced in the implementation of business accounting systems, the preparation of consolidated financial statements and the accounting aspects of corporate mergers.
Invalda INVL’s audit committee is composed of three members, two of whom are independent.

Andrius Lenickas holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Vilnius University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Baltic Management Institute (BMI). He also holds a diploma from the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is a Lithuanian sworn auditor.
Andrius is a founder and director of UAB Lea finance. Before that, he was the Chief Executive Officer of UAB AL holdingas, Euroapotheca, Sanofi Lietuva, Ellex Valiūnas. He has also worked as a senior auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Coopers & Lybrand.

Dangutė Pranckėnienė holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Vilnius University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. She has completed a training program for certified coaches at the International Coach Union and acquired the title of a professional coach. She also has an auditor’s certificate issued by the Lithuanian Ministry of Finance.
From 1997, Dangutė is a partner at Moore Mackonis UAB. She has worked as an audit manager at Deloitte & Touche UAB and as a lecturer at both Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and Vilnius University.
